Our Assessment Approach
We combine several models of due diligence and business planning to help you assess your program and services. We're not concerned with who owns the ideas, simply that the decision makers receive the best possible information. There are usually several informal meetings to share ideas and concepts and to develop alternatives for discussion.

| Perceptions | AHS creates a comprehensive survey of the perceptions, expectations, and satisfaction of consumers, referrers and individual providers. This includes the perceived effectiveness of existing programs. |
| Situational Audit | Our consultants primarily conduct research within the organization. We will examine and summarize other current research and background information, but we do not depend too heavily on analyses of past trends. |
| Structural Issues | We examine the historical development and responsiveness of the current structure based on management needs. |
| Critical Success Factors | Which factors are related to the ability of the organization to truly make a difference? We apply benchmarking from peer institutions and identify gaps in strategy. We describe potential factors or alternative strategies related to governance, relations with universities and hospitals, strategic intent, positioning, and organizational development. |
