Identifying Potential Improvements
The Organizational Assessment Plan (OAP) is a diagnostic model we employ in working with underperforming and challenged organizations to identify the most critical/immediate problems. The OAP provides a solid foundation that will supports future viability and growth.

| Assessment | AHS identifies six areas of the organization that impact daily business activity. Each key area is researched and detailed into further breakdowns and identification of indicators for use in developing custom solutions. |
| Strategy | Preliminary analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats along with identification of primary and secondary markets. |
| Governance | Develop a compressive understanding with the Board of financial conditions and affecting factors. Identify fiduciary duties, responsibilities and potential legal liabilities. |
| Staff Productivity | Identify key indicators used throughout the benchmarking process in order to meet or maintain staffing needs. |
| Supply Chain | Trend cost per adjusted discharge and cost per adjusted patient day. Identify opportunities and potential areas of cost savings if an assertive action plan is implemented. |
| Revenue Cycle | Evaluate key indicators including net revenue, cash balance and cost trends |
| Financial & Operational | Analysis of financial statements, summary of income and expenses and identify cash flow and availability. |
